Career Coaching in Delft
I am an experienced career coach based in Delft, the Netherlands. I work with people who are considering their next step: whether a change of employer or function or even a completely new direction. Recent graduates, mid-career professionals, or those planning retirement can all benefit from the objective support and guidance of a qualified career coach. Webber Coaching offers coaching in English and either face-to-face or online support.
Career coaching can help if you are…
New direction
Demotivated and in need of a new challenge, or starting out and unsure which path to choose.
Career change
Ready for a career change but unsure where to start.
Confidence and priorities
Experiencing imposter syndrome, reassessing your priorities or feeling afraid to make a change.
Retirement
Thinking about retirement and how to make it enjoyable and fulfilling.
Ruth explains how her career experience led naturally into coaching and the approach she brings to clients.
Recent case studies
Finding a more challenging role
A highly experienced financial director narrowed down the sectors and roles that appealed. We reviewed their CV and LinkedIn profile and prepared for interviews through coaching and role play.
Stay or leave?
A client unhappy in her workplace clarified her goals and asked for new challenges. Her employer stepped up—and she happily stayed.
Changing direction
An early-career professional had identified where she wanted to work. Together, we planned a step-by-step route towards her career goals.
What coaching is and isn’t
Coaching helps you explore what gives your work purpose and meaning, evaluate your options and make confident decisions. A coach facilitates the process rather than directing or advising you, helping you understand your values, priorities and resources for future challenges.
